To Write Love on Her Arms ~ 2017
Sinéad and I started off our photo adventures this year by participating in the "To Write Love on Her Arms" walk in Concord, NH. Our close friend Kasey Bittman has dedicated a great deal of her time and energy to support this great cause.
Harlem Ambassadors
Sinéad had found out about the Harlem Ambassadors through the Rotaract club in Keene. She was interested in helping out, and mentioned I could probably help out on the photo front. They took her up on the suggestion, and I took them up on the request. It was a great event, and I had a blast taking the photos!
Harvest Home 5k & Festival
Sinéad and I went on a little adventure to meet up with her friend Justine, and Justine's family. They were taking part in the Harvest Home 5k in North Grafton, MA.
Penguin Rescue! (Just for fun)
I caught sight of a few stray snow flakes today, and I couldn't help but remember this little jem! Several years ago I collaborated with Jeffrey Soldan to create this game. I did the art (primarily from my laptop in a Panera), he handled the rest. It's up and playable on Gazo games if you want to give it a go!
The Honeymoon Post! ...a year later
Sinéad and I went on what was one of our biggest adventures about a year ago - our Honeymoon. We never imagined we would see Sedona, let alone go there for our Honeymoon. However, we were very blessed with a huge gift that allowed us this amazing opportunity.
New Site Launch!
The new version of my website has launched! I've been very pleased with the look and feel Squarespace has provided on a test run, so I made the switch for the time being. The old layout is still available in case I decide to revert to it.
Sumner Knight Chapel
Sinéad and I went on a little adventure, last night, to see our friend Laina Barakat perform at the Sumner Knight Chapel. Laina was performing as Girl and Piano and her friend Jeni Magana was performing in celebration of her new EP: Golden Tongue. The evening turned out to be a wonderfully intimate performance from both artists...
2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's
I was fortunate enough to once again supply my talents as a photographer to help the Alzheimer's Association during the2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's in Keene, NH. This was my 3rd year in helping, and I was assigned the duty of taking the group photos...
Sinéad and I were so impressed with our summer trip on the Conway Scenic Railroad that we immediately decided we needed to return for the fall foliage. Unfortunately, we did not realize just how popular the autumn rides actually were. Regardless, there was still economy seating available for an October weekend; so Sinéad took inventory of those who wanted to join us, and we grabbed what seats we could. We also took note that reservations needed to be made as soon as availability was made public for any chance to get 1st class or premium seating (which we soon discovered is well worth the extra cost for anyone over 4.5’ tall).
